1. How to start trampoline park business?

• You need to investigate and research the market, different place will have different requirements for the trampoline park.
• You need to find a building or place for the trampoline park, the lowest height should be 5.5-6M
• When you confirm the building or place, pls send the detail floor plan with requirements to us, so that we can make design and calculate the best price for you.
•  When you confirm everything, including the price, we will start to make your order after getting the deposit from you.
• Normal delivery date is about 30-45days, but if we are busy, the delivery date need to be negotiated

 
2.What about the quality?
Quality is the soul of our factory. We have material inspection, process inspection, and full inspection before shipment to ensure excellent quality. And also our trampoline park have been approved by CE, SGS, TUV and ASTM. 
 
3. How is the warranty?
Jumping mats imported from the USA, there will be two years warranty, and if there is any damage, we will make free for you, and for other parts (5 years on metal frame, 1 years for spring and padding), we will send some more spare parts with free to you. Even if you have any problem during future use, pls just contact us for free, we will try our best to help you solve it.
 
4. How about installation?
There are two ways for installation, the first way is we send the detail installation instruction to you, and you install the park by yourself.  The second way is we send a guy to there to help you install.
 
5. Are you a factory or trading company?
 We are a factory, we have been producing trampoline park for more than 30 years.
 
6. Have trampoline park 100% assembled well in stock?
No, all trampoline park will be newly produced according to your orders including samples.
 
7. How to payment?
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept Western Union, MoneyGram or cash.
